Super refreshing, slightly malty, spritzy, just a touch of haze, this is your go-to Carnival lager bier. We brew this super refreshing Kölsch with a simple lager and wheat malt bill, add some Magnum bittering hops then let the awesome Koln yeast do its business. We then cold condition the beer for 3.5 weeks until it reaches perfect condition.
