Hafla Hafla serve up some of the finest Middle Eastern-inspired cuisine in the city of Liverpool.
We've worked with them to brew a beer that complements their fantastic menu - introducing our Pomegranate sour, Pom Sour.
Brewed with a mix of lager malt and wheat malt and fermented with Sour Hour yeast to drop the pH level and bring the beer up to 5.0%. Pomegranate juice was added towards the end of fermentation to give the beer a rounded, fruity and tart flavour.

We store Pom Sour in the cellar to keep it cold while in transit, so it gets to you in optimal condition. For best results we recommend you store in the fridge and drink within six months of purchase.
