We love a good DIPA at Carnival. Following Carmen Carmen, we've brewed up a brand new hefty DIPA base beer and hit it with one of the most exciting dry hop combos we could get our hands on.

Hop Revolution are a hop grower in New Zealand and we've used their NZ Revolution blend to dry hop this beer. The blend contains Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Pacific Sunrise and Riwaka; an epic mob of tropical, citrus and stonefruit flavours and aromas.

Storage Instructions

We store Revolution in the cellar to keep it cold while in transit, so it gets to you in optimal condition. For best results we recommend you store in the fridge and drink within six months of purchase.
