Brewed originally to celebrate the opening of a new pub in the Royal Albert Dock, Liverpool, the One o'Clock Pale is a beer to celebrate collaboration, friendship and the start of something new and exciting.
We developed a recipe with the Gun team for a juicy, hazy and sessionable pale which can be enjoyed at One O'Clock in the afternoon or morning.
A super pale malt base, with oats, and wheat, fermented with our house yeast and massively dry-hopped with Citra, Amarillo and Sabro to create a juicy, tropical fruit pale, with coconut and papaya notes.
Malted barley, wheat, oats and Gluten.
We store One O'Clock in the cellar to keep it cold while in transit, so it gets to you in optimal condition. For best results we recommend you store in the fridge and drink within six months of purchase.
